Set in a converted fermentation plant at St James’s Gate, its seven storeys trace the story of the black stuff from barley and hops to those iconic advertising posters. Save the best for last: the top-floor Gravity Bar pours you a complimentary pint beneath a 360-degree view across the whole city. Go mid-morning on a weekday to sidestep the biggest crowds.
