A magnificent 15th-century guild hall, the former covered meat market, now home to an East Flanders produce centre where cured hams hang from the beams and you can buy and taste regional specialities. The vaulted timber interior is spectacular, and there is a tasting cafe. A striking place to shop for and sample local Flemish food.
