A tiny, atmospheric shop near the Groentenmarkt making and selling its famous sharp Ghent mustard from a wooden barrel, much as it has since 1790. The vintage interior with its old drawers and jars is a sight in itself, and a pot of mustard makes an excellent local souvenir. A genuinely historic, one-of-a-kind Ghent shop.
