This place was the first and, for a long time, only falafel restaurant in Istanbul. By introducing Middle Eastern cuisine to locals, it played a role in broadening the city’s cultural and cosmopolitan identity. Everything on the menu is freshly made, the prices are very reasonable and the staff are super friendly.

Turkish cuisine is quite unique but it can become tiresome from time to time, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Falafel House is a great alternative when this happens. They serve the best falafel I’ve ever eaten!
Also try their hummus and ful. Student discounts are available.
