A glass-fronted high-rise on Slovenska cesta, the main artery through central Ljubljana, opened in 2017 and among the tallest buildings in the city. Guest rooms occupy the middle floors, while the uppermost level holds a bar, a restaurant and an indoor pool with panoramic windows over the Old Town, the castle hill and, in clear weather, the Kamnik Alps. There is a fitness area, a ground-floor restaurant and lounge, and meeting space. The immediate setting is workaday, offices and busy city traffic rather than old streets, but Preseren Square, the Triple Bridge and the river embankments are about ten minutes on foot, with the railway and bus stations a similar distance north.
