Fitz Mallorca (formerly Tito’s)

This three-storey venue on Palma's Paseo Maritimo has occupied the same waterfront building on Avenida Gabriel Roca since 1923, when it began staging entertainment and reportedly drew guests including Charlie Chaplin and Grace Kelly. It later traded for decades as Tito's, which closed in 2021 when the property was sold. After renovation it reopened in 2023 under the Ibiza-based Lio brand with a dinner and cabaret format, a short-lived tenure. In July 2026 Grupo Sounds of Madrid relaunched the building as Fitz Mallorca, a nightclub built around live DJ sets rather than a dinner show. The venue spans several levels behind a glass facade overlooking the bay and holds more than 700 guests. It trades through the summer season with international line-ups. Given three rebrandings in five years, confirming the current name before travelling is sensible. It sits on the Paseo Maritimo strip within walking distance of the Palma waterfront, served by city bus routes running along the seafront.
