Mohtasham Garden is a public park built around Rasht’s oldest surviving garden grounds, with mature trees and shaded paths that make it a favourite escape from the summer heat.
It also houses the old pavilion where pieces of Rashti-duzi, Rasht’s UNESCO-recognised chain-stitch embroidery, are permanently on display. It holds 4.4 on Google from 583 reviews.
Local tip: Look for the embroidery display inside the old pavilion. It is easy to miss if you only walk the outdoor paths.
