Gabriele Bonci is a real master in the art of pizza making. He makes pizza using fresh local ingredients, a slow-rise dough and a method everybody wants to try at home. He’s a renowned pizza maker and he also runs classes for those who want to learn how to make his famous dough at home.
Pizzarium has the best “pizza al taglio” (slices of pizza) in Rome. Made from select local ingredients, Bonci's pizzas are simply amazing. Pizzarium also has a wide range of regional beers and drinks. If you plan on coming here for lunch, be prepared to queue. Note that it’s an expensive place however the prices are totally justified.
Try the famous "pizza rossa" with tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil. Also try the seasonal toppings.
