Lumiang Cave is best known for the stacked burial coffins piled at its entrance, some believed to be over a century old, an Igorot funerary tradition also visible at Echo Valley. It is usually visited as the starting point of the longer Cave Connection trek through to Sumaguing, though it can also be visited alone with a guide.
Local tip: A guide is mandatory here too; do not attempt the coffin chamber unaccompanied.
