Sumaguing Cave is Sagada's flagship show cave, a large limestone chamber system with pools and rock formations reached on a roughly two-hour round trip, entering and exiting the same way. Entry involves a small environmental fee plus a mandatory guide from the Sagada Environmental Guides Association, since access without an accredited guide is not permitted.
Local tip: Wear shoes you do not mind getting wet and muddy; parts of the route involve wading.
