Sky Costanera is the observation deck atop Gran Torre Santiago, South America's tallest building, and its 360-degree platform is the clearest way to grasp how the Andes wall in the entire valley. On a clear day the view stretches from the cordillera to the coastal range.
Tickets run from around CLP 12,000 on weekdays to CLP 16,000 at weekends for adults, with a discounted children's rate — buying online skips the queue at busy times.
Local tip: Go for sunset if you can; the light on the Andes is the whole point of the visit.
