Casarré opened in 2024 as chef Olivier Bur's culinary and cultural space, built around ingredients foraged and sourced from across the Dominican Republic and Haiti rather than a standard supplier list. The result reads less like a normal restaurant menu and more like a study of ancestral Caribbean cooking, reworked with contemporary technique.
It only opens Wednesday to Saturday evenings and runs on reservations, so this isn't a walk-in spot.
Local tip: Book ahead – tables are limited and the format is built around a set experience rather than an à la carte rush.
