Casas del XVI is spread across a cluster of restored 16th- and 17th-century houses on Calle Padre Billini, and no two suites look alike since each building kept its own layout and character through the restoration. Garden terraces link the houses together, and the whole property leans into the sense of staying inside the old city rather than beside it.
Breakfast is included, though there is no full restaurant on site, so plan dinners elsewhere in the neighbourhood.
Local tip: Ask for a room in one of the garden-facing houses if quiet matters more to you than a street view.
