Why locals love it
This seems to be one of the lesser known attractions in central Vienna, but it is well worth a visit, especially if you like books, but even if you don't. It is a baroque splendour of soaring bookcases, beautiful bindings, and ceiling decoration. The overall impression is overwhelming, definitely one the great libraries.
Why you should visit it
Such a beautiful library, where you can read all about the history of Vienna. This library can be a bit of a search to find, and it isn't that much recommended to tourists, but this is definitely a library you won't forget!
Special tip
If you visit the site at the end of the day, it will be less crowded inside ;)
