A 24-room property built in the 1950s and refurbished in 2018, occupying one of the few genuinely oceanfront sites in San Diego. The design borrows from the Cyclades, with white walls and blue trim arranged around a heated pool and courtyard, and a terrace above the surf line. Rooms vary considerably in outlook, from courtyard-facing to full ocean frontage, and parking is provided on site. It sits at the southern end of Ocean Beach, where Sunset Cliffs Boulevard begins its climb towards the Point Loma headland, so Newport Avenue's bars and shops lie a short walk north and the Sunset Cliffs Natural Park paths begin just south. The Ocean Beach pier, visible from the terrace, has been closed to the public since storm damage in 2023 and awaits replacement.
