A two-storey neighbourhood market and food hall on Corrine Drive, opened in 2013 in a converted building with a kitchen garden at the rear. The ground floor houses around a dozen independent traders on short leases, among them bakers, a cheesemonger, a florist, a bookshop and several prepared-food counters, while a restaurant and a teaching kitchen occupy the upper level. Several businesses that now have premises of their own elsewhere in Orlando began here, so the tenant list changes from year to year. Seating is limited at busy times and the car park fills quickly at weekends, when evening events are sometimes held. It functions as the centre of the Audubon Park Garden District, with a record shop, a beer bar and a brewery within a few hundred metres.
