A non-profit cinema and performance venue on South 6th Street, opened in 2023 and funded by the Rogers Foundation, a Las Vegas philanthropy working in arts and education. It is the city's first purpose-built independent film house: a cinema of around 150 seats showing repertory, documentary and international programming that the commercial multiplexes do not carry, plus a smaller black-box space used for readings, talks and live music. There is a bar and lounge on the ground floor. Ticket revenue supports the foundation's programmes, and the venue runs free and reduced-price screenings for local students. It stands a few doors from The Writer's Block, forming a small cluster of independent cultural venues several blocks south of Fremont Street. Programming is announced month by month.
