Skyline Bar occupies the 26th floor of the Radisson Blu Latvija hotel in central Riga, reached by a panoramic lift, and gives views over the Old Town and the wider city from one of the highest bars in the Baltic states. It serves cocktails, wine and a food menu, with kitchen service from around 5pm to 11pm on weekdays and from early afternoon at weekends. Opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1am, Friday from 3pm to 2am, Saturday from midday to 2am and Sunday from midday to 1am. A cover charge of five euros applies on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings between 8pm and 11pm, reduced to two euros for hotel guests, while those with a table reservation or Radisson Rewards VIP status are admitted free. On Friday and Saturday evenings after 9pm entry is restricted to over-18s, with identification required for anyone under 25. Arriving before 8pm avoids the charge and improves the chance of a window seat.
