A two-hour guided circuit of the National Mall in a small electric cart carrying a maximum of seven passengers, which allows access to roads and paths closed to coaches. Departures are from F Street NW beside Judiciary Square Metro and run both by day and after dark, when the memorials are floodlit. The route takes in more than fifteen sites, with stops at the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans and Korean War memorials, the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial, the Franklin D. Roosevelt Memorial and the Jefferson Memorial, and passes the White House, the Capitol, the Washington Monument and the Smithsonian museums. A guide provides live commentary on the history of each. Passengers leave the cart at the principal memorials for photographs.
