The 25-metre pool (lane-marked by speed, swim cap required) is the draw, backed by a gym, sauna and steam room, all on a pay-as-you-go basis that undercuts the private clubs. It’s clean, friendly and open to all — a good shout for a swim or a workout when you’re staying in the centre of town.
