The UFO Observation Deck sits atop the pylon of the SNP Bridge, a bold communist-era structure spanning the Danube, its flying-saucer shape a symbol of the city. A lift whisks ticketed visitors 85 metres up to a viewing platform offering superb 360-degree panoramas of the Old Town, the castle, the river and neighbouring Austria and Hungary. There is also a restaurant at the top. Especially memorable at sunset, it is one of Bratislava’s most distinctive and rewarding attractions.
