A two-hour luau staged in Orlando by performers from American Samoa, presenting dance and music from Hawaii, Tahiti, Tonga, Aotearoa and Samoa. Guests are greeted with a lei on arrival and seated for a buffet dinner, with soft drinks included; parking is provided. The performance that follows combines hula, warrior chanting, live drumming and Polynesian dance, and closes with fire poi and the Samoan fire-knife routine for which the troupe is known. Between courses there is audience participation in simple dance steps. The show runs in the evening and is held under cover, so it is unaffected by weather. It offers a shorter and more central alternative to the larger luau productions elsewhere in Florida.
